Terms & Conditions

Package Terms

  • The 15% discount is subject to terms and conditions, including the requirement that 4 or more sessions must be booked before work begins to qualify for the discounted rate.
  • Following our in-person consultation, we will provide our professional recommendation regarding the project scope. It is then up to you to decide whether to book 3 or fewer sessions or the 4+ session package.
  • No refunds or retroactive discounts will be issued if it is determined that 4 or more sessions are needed after the project has started. However, in these instances, we can offer 15% off any additional sessions booked going forward.

Mileage

$0.75 per mile + 50% of service rate for time spent driving.

Why session rates instead of per-room pricing?

Homes are unique. A session rate lets us focus on meaningful progress without watching a clock. You know exactly what you're investing before we arrive.

How many sessions will my project need?

It depends on size and scope. Most kitchens and primary closets take a session each; whole-home transformations typically run five to ten sessions. We'll recommend a plan during your intake questionnaire.

Do I need to be home for the full session?

We need you for the collaborative half — roughly four hours — for decisions and walkthroughs. During solo hours, you're welcome to step out and let us work independently.

When does the $510/session rate apply?

When you book four or more sessions in a single project before work begins, every session in that booking is $510.

What's included in the price?

All labor, professional supplies, organizing systems, and deep cleaning. New clients also receive fresh-baked cookies as a gift with their first visit. No hidden fees or add-on charges for standard services.
